Musician Msaki dropped a new song titled Zibonakalise featuring Tubatsi on Thursday.

This after raising the alarm with her cryptic tweets on Wednesday.

“Thank you for everything. It’s all been a lesson. A painful one, but a lesson. Nothing is really bad. It’s just painful but I’m learning to breathe through the pain in real-time. So thank you. That’s all. Thank you for being part of the lesson,” she wrote.

In a separate tweet she shared snaps of her tribe whom she said saved her life.

“These could easily be my favourite photos. These sweet angels saved my life last year in their own ways. #SpiritGang I love you and appreciate you.”

After making headlines for an alleged affair with Smash Afrika, Asanda Mvana,  popularly known as Msaki, weighed in on the downside of fame.

She had no interest in defending herself against speculation about her on Twitter.

“Especially if our sources of truth are the places with the least integrity. I hold words in such high regard because I believe in their ability to heal, edify, encourage. Places that use words to intentionally break, lie, distort, sensationalise offend my very essence.”

She said she could no longer be on a toxic platform where “trolls” thrive.

“Disempower these toxic spaces making us subhuman and so desensitised to each others' complexities and truths for entertainment. Ningavumi. I implore you. Make them null and void. We need compassion and care and patience for each other. Things are getting worse.”
